The patient lives independently in his home with some assistance from her 22-years old daughter. Nevertheless, Mr. T.M is weak and suffers from chronic dyspnea. Although the patient has fallen in his home in the past, he has not sustained injuries. Five months ago, the patient started noticing stiffness in both his han ds, especially in the morning. The stiffness began to last longer and longer over time. The stiffness currently lasts for over an hour every morning and now includes the ankles, wrist, and hands. Mr. T.M is a retired taxi-driver and has in the recent days faced increasing difficulty standing for long periods at work due to ankle and foot pain.
